1. หมายเลขโทรศัพท์ 1 หมายเลข ใช้ลงทะเบียนได้เพียง 1 User เท่านั้น
2. จำกัดสมาชิกกลุ่มได้ไม่เกิน 100 คน
3. โทรศัพท์สนทนาได้ครั้งละ 1 คนเท่านั้น
ข้อจำกัดบางประการของ LINE PC
1. ส่งข้อความไปแล้ว ไม่แสดงสถานะ Read ว่ามีใครอ่านข้อความหรือยัง เหมือนแอพ LINE บนมือถือ ไม่ว่าจะเป็นการพูดคุยแชทแบบกรุ๊ปหรือแบบเดี่ยว
2. หากมีการส่งข้อความเสียงมา (Voice Messages) เข้ามา จะไม่สามารถเปิดฟังได้ทันที จะต้องเซฟบันทึกลงเครื่องก่อน แล้วใช้โปรแกรม Media Player เปิดเอาอีกที
3. ใน LINE PC จะไม่สามารถเปลี่ยนสถานะตรง What's Up ? ได้ ซึ่งจะต้องไปเปลี่ยนจากในแอป LINE เท่านั้น
